DAY OF COORDINATION -$1,200

Hire one of our experienced Day of Wedding Coordinators to take care of all the details so that you can relax and be a bride/groom on your special day. Here are just a few of the services your Day of Coordinator will provide: set up and break down of the event, preparing your timeline, vendor list management, packing up all of your valuables and making sure you leave nothing behind and more. Day of Coordinator Responsibilities: Pre Wedding Day: • 60 minute phone consultation prior to wedding • Unlimited phone and email contact • Access to preferred vendor list • Timeline assistance • Vendor check in a week prior to make sure all vendors have the timeline and confirm delivery/arrival times. Wedding Day: • Will arrive up to three hours prior to ceremony for set up and stay hour after reception for breakdown. • Set up of all decor for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception (including but not limited to: floral and non floral centerpieces, place cards, favors, candles, gift table, guest book, cake table, ceremony seating, memorial items, event signage, etc.) Note: Our team does "not" handle any high hanging items. Example of a high hanging item would be Floral on Chandeliers, High hanging arches, Drapery etc. These items are usually installed by a Florist or Design company. • Main point of contact on the day • Manage vendor deliveries/arrivals • Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated • Provide an emergency kit and respond to any emergencies as needed • Assist couple in any last minute day of duties or errands • Attend to bridal party and guests needs and issues as they arise • Greet guests or instruct ushers on the best way to greet and seat • Keep track of marriage license, ketubah, ritual items and rings • Organize and manage the processional line-up • Work with DJ to manage and coordinate flow and timings of the event • Set up and assist with additional formalities (such as bouquet toss, garter toss, grand entrance, first dance, grand exit, etc.) • Envelope distribution to any vendors • Breakdown and packing of all personal and decor items at the end of the event. • Ensure hand off of gifts and other personal/decor items takes place to designated responsible guest at the end of the event. • And most importantly help couple to have a relaxed and fun day!

FULL COORDINATION -$2,400

Hire one of our experienced full coverage Wedding Coordinators to take care of all the details both leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding so that you can relax and just enjoy being engaged. Here are just a few of the services your full coverage Wedding Coordinator will provide: Pre Wedding Day: • Unlimited phone and email contact throughout the planning process • Custom “to do” checklist to keep planning on track • Assist with venue selection based on the desires and needs of client • All vendor referrals and correspondence with vendors as requested by client • Assist with menu options, beverage selection + floor plan • Schedule meetings with vendors • Attend venue walk through of chosen venue for design + logistical planning • Budget management • Contract reviews • Assistance with design per couple’s vision including small details such as invites, place cards, and guestbook • Create comprehensive timelines of the ceremony and reception • Cost savings tips • Wedding rehearsal coordination • Confirm all vendors (delivery times, items being delivered, etc) the week prior to the wedding Wedding Day: • Unlimited necessary hours on site. • Help in the set up of all decor for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception (including but not limited to: silk floral, centerpieces, place cards, favors, candles, gift table, guest book, cake table, ceremony seating, memorial items, event signage, etc.) Note: Florist is responsible for floral ceremony set up including the aisle, arches and alters. • Main point of contact on the day • Manage vendor deliveries/arrivals • Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated • Provide an emergency kit and respond to any emergencies as needed • Assist couple in any last minute day of duties or errands • Attend to bridal party and guests needs and issues as they arise • Greet guests or instruct ushers on the best way to greet and seat • Keep track of marriage license, ketubah, ritual items and rings • Organize and manage the processional line-up • Work with DJ to manage and coordinate flow and timings of the event • Set up and assist with additional formalities (such as bouquet toss, garter toss, grand entrance, first dance, grand exit, etc.) • Envelope distribution to any vendors • Breakdown and packing of all personal and decor items at the end of the event. • Ensure hand off of gifts and other personal/decor items takes place to designated responsible guest at the end of the event. • And most importantly help couple to have a relaxed and fun day!

ALL INCLUSIVE INTIMATE WEDDING COORDINATION $1,200

This is a perfect package fo a intimate elopement or vow renewal. This price includes up to 10 guests excluding officiant and bride and groom . • Includes the following: -Two tiered wedding cake -X1 bouquet -X1 boutonniere -35 professional portraits • Consultation call with Coordinator to review the run through of the order events. • 2 hours of on-site coordination. •In addition to everything you see above you will also receive two complimentary bottles of champagne and 10 toasting flutes. A La Carte: Add-On: Officiate can be added for an additional $300 Add-On: Acoustic Guitar Player $250 Add-On: 3 piece Band $600 (including acoustic guitar, singer w/ shakers, cajon) Add-On: Extra bouquet $100 Add-On: Extra Boutonniere $30

REHEARSAL COORDINATION $250 (Add-On)

Wedding Rehearsal Coordination (add-on) • Organize successful run through of event including processional, hand-off, any readings or ceremonies, and recessional. • Ensure that bridal party and couple know where and how they should be positioned during the ceremony. • Assist those who are processing but not standing during the ceremony on knowing where they should be seated. • Offer best practices and assist with any changes to ceremony as questions or issues arise. • Option to hand over any personal/décor items so that the Day of Coordinator has them in hand ahead of time so that the couple do not need to concern themselves with bringing them to the venue on their wedding day. • 1 hour of on-site coordination.

DINNER REHEARSAL -$575

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination (add-on) • Help find a location for the rehearsal dinner • Assist in finding a caterer and planning the menu • Create a timeline for the flow of the night • Coordinate the order of rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc.) • Assist with invitations selection and wording • Help to coordinate flowers and décor items • Vendor referrals: DJ, Cake, Music, Photographer, etc. • Rehearsal Dinner Night: 3-hours of on-site coordination to include set up (additional hours and staff are billed hourly). __________________________________ *Note: Prices are based on weddings with up to 250 guests. Please add $200 for each additional 100 guests for additional staffing. Holiday’s add $500 (NYE, Christmas, and Thanksgiving). If the venue requires, there may be a charge for special liability insurance. Duties outside of the contracted day of hours are billed at an hourly rate. Travel mileage, per day expenses, and hotel costs are figured case by case for events outside of the Orlando area.
